CALVRAS
THE GROUND RULES

Terms and Services

Clear terms for using Calvras, local project tools, and connected AI services.

Updated · 14 October 2026
01

Scope and operator

These terms cover the Calvras website and desktop coding agent, operated under the business name Calvras. Contact calvrasnoreply@gmail.com with service or terms questions. They describe the current service; any future paid subscription will require its own clear checkout and billing conditions.

02

Authorized use

Use Calvras only with projects, files, systems, and accounts you are authorized to access. Do not use it for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malicious software, infringement, or attempts to disrupt another service. If you act for an employer or client, obtain permission to use its code and external AI services.

03

Local file and command actions

The desktop agent can read and change project files and run shell commands. These actions may create or overwrite files, install dependencies, or affect a running project. Select the intended project folder, keep backups, and review commands and changes before connecting production systems or deploying output.

04

AI-generated output

AI responses and code can be incomplete, inaccurate, insecure, or unsuitable for your task. Review the output and run the checks your project requires. Do not rely on generated output as a substitute for professional advice or security review. You decide whether to use, publish, or deploy a result.

05

Your projects and third-party rights

These terms do not transfer ownership of your existing files or projects to Calvras. Only provide material you have the right to use and share. Generated output may resemble existing code or include third-party dependencies; check applicable licenses and rights before distributing it.

06

Current plans and future billing

The current desktop download is offered at $0. Pro and Ultra are proposed paid tiers, and their benefits and allowances are not yet confirmed. No paid checkout is connected: exploring a tier does not create a subscription or charge you. Any provider charges are governed by that provider’s own account and terms.

07

External AI and connected services

Model responses depend on external services, including configured Gemini, OpenRouter, or Hugging Face integrations. Those providers may apply their own terms, usage limits, charges, and privacy practices. Availability depends on valid credentials, network access, and provider service conditions.

08

Credentials and permissions

Use credentials you are authorized to use, protect them from disclosure, and revoke or rotate a key if it is exposed. Grant access appropriate to the task. Permission controls and tool availability may differ by runtime and version; do not assume a label alone prevents every consequential action.

09

Privacy and shared context

AI requests may include prompts, conversation history, attachments, or selected project context. Local execution does not mean all AI processing happens on your computer. Read the Privacy Policy and avoid including passwords, private keys, or unnecessary personal and confidential information.

10

Availability and product changes

Models, features, and runtime behavior can change as the product develops. Calvras does not promise uninterrupted access or error-free output. The website’s capabilities describe current tools; proposed plan benefits are not an entitlement to a feature, usage quota, support response time, or dedicated compute.

11

Support and issue reports

Send support questions to calvrasnoreply@gmail.com. Include your app version, relevant environment, and redacted steps to reproduce a problem. Do not send full payment details, secrets, or unrelated confidential files. No guaranteed response time or service-level agreement is included in the current service.

12

Stopping use and local data

You may stop using the service and uninstall the desktop app. Uninstalling or clearing browser data may not remove project files, backups, exported output, desktop app data, or information already processed by external providers. Provider accounts and credentials must be managed through the provider.

13

Future paid services

Before a paid subscription launches, checkout must disclose its contracting party, price and currency, taxes, renewal cadence, cancellation method, refund conditions, and any trial. The listed proposed prices do not authorize an automatic renewal or payment. Separate terms may apply to an integration or partnership that you choose to enter.

14

Applicable rights and updates

Nothing here is intended to remove rights that applicable law does not permit to be waived. No mandatory arbitration provision or selected jurisdiction is imposed by these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the published terms and their update date. Contact Calvras if you need clarification before using a changed service.
